All drinkware is available as pictured, in the quantity that’s pictured. They may vary ever so slightly as they are hand painted individually. If an item is not in stock, please allow an extra 3 days for it to be created. Most sets are offered in sets of 6, 8 or 12. Available quantities for the glass only styles will be notated next to each product and updated regularly. For styles that are offered with just glasses, a carafe, ice bucket or pitcher to match can be created for you.
If you require special orders for a large quantity or special occasion, please email your request and accommodations will be made.
Please allow 1- 3 days for your package to be shipped out. Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is $25. Local pickup within the Los Angeles area can be arranged as well. Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states or international will be calculated on an individual case basis. All merchandise is packed very carefully to avoid breakage. It is shipped insured, via priority mail and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Applicable sales tax for your state will be applied at checkout.
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, returns in new and unused condition, will gladly be accepted within 7 days of your receipt. Buyer will assume responsibility for return shipping. If your drinkware happens to be damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly send a replacement.
The ART OF THE SIP drinkware is meticulously crafted with heavy, durable glass, quality beads, crystals, semi-precious stones and other materials which will hold up well with regular use. Our special 3-step process of painting, glazing and curing to ensures that it will never fade, peel or chip. Due to the nature of the stones and embellishment, these glasses are not dishwasher-safe and soaking in hot water is not recommended. Handwashing your glasses with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water and air drying upside down on a rack or hand-drying with a lint-free towel will keep your glasses beautiful for years to come.
